Monthlies (Programming + 1 in person session)

Description:

Consider this a monthly check in. You receive a monthly program that is unique to your body & your goals. Plus the great thing is that you get continual progressions each month to ensure you don’t hit those boring plateaus. To ensure you feel confident about the new movements in the progressions, or the new methods/means for the movements in the program, you have 1 In-Person session each month, where we go over the progressions. This gives you a chance to video the movements, ask questions, and a great time to connect face to face.

What to Expect:

  • A fresh new look on your program each month in your inbox. Tailored to how you’re currently moving your body, as we want to ensure the movements feel good, and are making a difference.

  • 1 In-Person Session to feel confident moving forward in the month with the program, to check-in with how you’re feeling, and how the previous 4-5 weeks have been.

  • Support from me when you need it through email. Expect a response within 24 hours. (Except weekends, I may be out of connection roaming the forest..)

Who this is best for:

  • This option is best for those who are looking for access to a professional coach, support, and advanced programming.

  • Those who regularly can get themselves to the studio/gym for their workouts.

  • Those who are training for an event, race, specific sport, or to simply continue to feel their best while performing the daily tasks they choose to do.

Timeline Non-Commitment:

  • Change doesn’t occur overnight, while there isn’t any structural contract commitments to this option, so I always like to mention that you’ll see the most benefits after following a progression program for at least 12 weeks.

Investment:

  • The investment for this option is $175 per month.




Virtual MOnthlies (programming, On-going assessment, online)

Description:

  • This coaching option is purely online. We start with an initial online assessment of your movement patterns, joint mobility, and mindset in a 30 minute FaceTime or Zoom call. From here, we go over your goals, setting up an action plan so you feel successful during each stage of this journey. You receive a monthly program tailored to how you’re currently moving, living, and thinking. In each new month, there are progressions to the movements or methods/means that are changed to ensure you continually are being challenged, but also enjoying the movements too. Every 3 months, we reassess your movement patterns, joint mobility, and mindset during a 30 minute FaceTime or Zoom call.

What to Expect:

  • A fresh new look on your program each month in your inbox. Tailored to how you’re currently moving your body, as we want to ensure the movements feel good, and are making a difference.

  • Support from me when you need it through email. Expect a response within 24 hours. (Except weekends, I may be out of connection roaming the forest..)

  • Feeling great moving your body how you choose to. Knowing you’re getting stronger at the things you want to with the support of a professional coach.

  • Those who aren’t located in or around Vancouver, BC. or who find themselves travelling a lot for work.

  • Those who are training for an event, race, specific sport, or to simply continue to feel their best while performing the daily tasks they choose to do.

Timeline Commitment:

  • Change doesn’t occur overnight, while there isn’t any structural contract commitments to this option, so I always like to mention that you’ll see the most benefits after following a progression program for at least 12 weeks.

  • The investment for this option is $125 per month.
